§ Mr. SproatConsideration of the arguments in the Adam Smith institute report that free ports at selected airports would confer special benefits is now in its final stages. If the Government were to decide in principle to permit such areas to be established in the United Kingdom it would then be necessary to consider the environmental aspects for any specific location.
