Mr. Foulkes

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will publish in the Official Report a table showing how much was spent on all social security benefits in the last three years for which figures are available; and how this compares with the estimates previously made for each year;

(2) if he will publish in the Official Report a table showing how much was spent on national insurance benefits in the last three years for which figures are available; and how this compares with the estimates previously made for each year.
