§ Mr. MacfarlaneThe estimates requested by the hon. Member could be obtained only at disproportionate cost. I expressed my concern at the possible loss of recreational land to all the chairmen of regional councils for sport and recreation last February. Together with the Sports Council, they are keeping the situation under continuous review.
