§ Mr. Peter Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will publish a detailed list of all loans and advances from the Northern Ireland Consolidated Fund to all public bodies and to each local authority in Northern Ireland in the present financial year.
§ Mr. John PattenIn the present financial year the Northern Ireland Consolidated Fund has issued £26.5 million to the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland and £0.13 million to the Department of Commerce to enable those Departments to make corresponding advances to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and the Northern Ireland Development Agency respectively.
