§ Mr. Peter MorrisonIn Birmingham, as elsewhere, the Manpower Services Commission will be initiating 12-month high quality training schemes for unemployed young people within the youth opportunities programme. The commission intends to see that provision of this type will cater for the full range of young people, including those who are disabled.
