The number of redundancies, in groups of 10 or more employees, reported to the Manpower Services Commission as due to occur in the county of Derbyshire in 1981 was 8,887. Between January and June 1982 inclusive, the number of redundancies reported was 3,134, including provisional figures for May and June 1982.
