§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe fee paid to the dentist for providing a synthetic resin jacket crown is £25. The charge to the paying patient is £24 or 96 per cent, of the cost, but prior to April 1982 the charge was £20 or 80 per cent, of the cost. The ratio of dental charges to costs varies considerably according to the type and amount of treatment provided.
