§ Mr. Murphyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will consider introducing a special new town factor in assessing future rate support grant.
§ Mr. KingI shall be reviewing the grant-related expenditure position of the new towns and other areas of population growth this year in the light of the information from the 1981 census.
