§ Mr. Fosterasked the Secretary of State for Employment what is the number of participants in the special temporary employment programme and the comunity enterprise programme expressed as a percentage of long-term unemployed in (a) each English region, (b) Scotland, (c) Wales and (d) in each Northern region county council and in each special programme board area of the Manpower Services Commission.
§ Mr. AlisonThe special temporary employment programme was replaced on 1 April 1981 by the community enterprise programme. All participants in that programme automatically transferred to the new programme. The information required is as follows:
