§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) pursuant to his reply of 21 January, whether he plans a consultation process between himself and energy-intensive industrial consumers before final decisions are taken as a result of the review of the bulk supply tariff;
(2) pursuant to his reply of 21 January, what representations he has already received concerning the review of the bulk supply tariff; and if he will take them into account before taking further action;
(3) pursuant to his reply of 21 January, whether he will be ready to receive further representations from energy-intensive industrial consumers and others on the review of the bulk supply tariff taking further action.

I will be taking these and any further representations fully into account.
