§ Mr. YoungerIn view of the fact that in October 1980 the Scottish Law Commission published five consultative memoranda on various aspects of the law of diligence including warrant sales and that the Commission is now preparing its report in the light of comments received from interested bodies and individuals we consider that it would be irresponsible to introduce legislation before the commission has submitted its report.
