§ 19. Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for Defence whether any instructions are issued by his Department to the Property Services Agency relating to the disposal of land surplus to his Department's requirements.
§ Mr. WigginSurplus defence land is passed to the Property Services Agency for disposal under the same rules as apply to all Government Departments. No special instructions are given unless it is necessary to place restrictions on the use of the surplus land.
