§ Mr. Giles ShawThis local subject plan contains certain novel proposals to which my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food objected under the provisions of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980. These objections have raised particular difficulties which are still under discussion.
