§ Mr. Giles ShawRepresentations have been made by the two authorities about the effect on the regional centre of developments proposed in two district shopping centres. No direct representations have been received from local retailers, but they were represented at a meeting between officers of the Department and the two local authorities at which problems associated with the implementation of the structure plan's shopping policies were discussed.
