§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeNot by my Department, except that operators of any new stage carriage services can be eligible to claim additional fuel duty rebate and new bus grant. The provision of revenue support is a matter for the county council which presumably will want to assist bus operators, whether public or private, who agree to provide in the most effective way those uneconomic but socially necessary services which the county council wishes to see provided.
