§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will give for the longest and most convenient stated period of time the number of his staff who have been found guilty of motoring offences for which the courts have imposed penalties, where such persons have subsequently been required to resign their Civil Service appointments after paying the fines or court penalties.
§ Mr. WhitelawDuring the period 1 January 1980 to date no officers have been dismissed because of motoring offences.
