§ Mr. HeseltineI receive a number of letters from the voluntary sector on Merseyside, some of which recently have confirmed the financial position on voluntary organisation in Liverpool. This is a matter for Liverpool city council and I understand that the council is currently reviewing various projects run by voluntary organisations with a view to taking decisions shortly on their funding.
