§ Dr. BoysonStatutory proposals by Oxfordshire local education authority to cease to maintain Harlow and Northway nine to 13 county middle schools, and to establish a new middle school for that age range, were rejected by my right hon. Friend's predecessor on 5 November 1980. No other proposals to cease to maintain middle schools deemed secondary have been rejected since the Government took office.
