§ Mr. Strawasked the Secretary of State for Trade (1) when the company Monteagle Marketing (London) Ltd. was incorporated; and what returns this company has been under a statutory obligation to make to the Registrar of Companies from its incorporation to date;
(2) what returns have been made to the Registrar of Companies by Monteagle Marketing (London) Ltd. since its incorporation.
§ Mr. EyreMonteagle Marketing (London) Ltd. was incorporated on 19 June 1979 under the name of Stulpet Ltd. The name was changed on 16 November 1979. The company has filed the necessary incorporation documents and notices of change of directors and registered office address, together with documents in connection with its change of name. The company, however, is in default of its obligation to file an annual return for the year 1980 and accounts made up to 31 March 1980. In accordance with the usual practice in such cases the Registrar of Companies is in correspondence with the directors about this default.
