§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will now publish the report of the Building Research Establishment on condensation that was commissioned in 1979; and whether the necessary consultations referred to in the Official Report, 22 January, c. 230, are now concluded.
§ Sir George YoungThe Building Research Establishment has now concluded the necessary consultations and the report on complaints of dampness in local authority housing will be published later in the year.
