Mr. Skinner

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services, pursuant to the answer given to the hon. Member for Bolsover on 25 November 1981, Official Report, c. 410, whether he will ensure that the premises used for the medical appeal tribunal in Nottingham will continue to be used for medical appeals.

There are no plans to move the Nottingham medical appeal tribunal.
