asked the Lord President of the Council if he will invite the Select Committee on House of Commons (Services) to consider the re-allocation of part or whole of the former interview floor of the House for rooms reserved for private meetings of hon. Members.

No. The accommodation on the Lower Ground Floor was carefully re-allocated in 1976 on the basis of a recommendation from the Services Committee and is fully used.
