§ The Prime MinisterSupplementary benefit claimants are able to engage in part-time study so long as they fulfil the basic condition for entitlement in continuing to be available for employment. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services is keeping the detailed provisions of the relevant regulations under review.
