§ Mr. WigginThe Armed Forces hold limited stocks of .38 revolvers. The manufacturers are Smith and Wesson; Enfield; Webley and Scott; and Albion. It is not the normal practice to disclose numbers of weapons held, and I regret that information concerning the date and place of manufacture cannot be obtained without disproportionate effort.
