Mr. Whitlock

asked the Secretary of State for Transport what proportion of local authority bids for 1982–83 for (a) capital, (b) revenue support, (c) road maintenance and (d) other current spending was accepted for grant for (i) the Greater London Council, (ii) Metropolitan counties, (iii) shire counties and (ilv) England.
