asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what were the housing renovation grants for the metropolitan district of Bury, the North-West region and England, for the second half of 1980 and for the full year, by quarters, of 1981.

The following is the available information on work completed on local authorities' and new towns' dwellings, work approved on housing associations' dwellings and grants paid to private owners and to tenants. Figures for the fourth quarter of 1981 are not yet available.
