§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsThe United Kingdom delegation to the Committee on Disarmament in Geneva will constitute our delegation at the second United Nations special session on disarmament. The delegation comprises the ambassador, a counsellor, a first secretary, a third secretary and supporting staff. The possibility of including a representative of a non-governmental organisation is under consideration. Additional support will be provided by our permanent mission to the United Nations in New York.
