§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsNo. I am, however, concerned to ensure that small firms are aware of the opportunities of tendering for public sector business generally and that their interests are taken into account in the Government's purchasing policy. Small firms should of course be given a fair opportunity to compete for public sector business.
