Mr. John H. Osborneasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will expedite arrangements for the inquiry about the designation of the green belt around Sheffield with the South Yorkshire county council and the Sheffield district council.
§ Mr. Giles ShawThe green belt plan will be on deposit for public inspection until 9 April. Should an inquiry prove necessary, the district council has undertaken to arrange one at the earliest possible date thereafter.
