Anguilla,

Bermuda,

British Antarctic Territory,

British Indian Ocean Territory,

British Virgin Islands,

Cayman Islands,

Falkland Islands and Dependencies,

Gibraltar,

Hong Kong,

Montserrat,

Pitcairn Group of Islands,

St. Helena and Dependencies,

Turks and Caicos Islands.
