HC Deb 18 February 1982 vol 18 cc192-3W
Mr. Carter-Jones

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what representations he has received concerning the repeal of section 41 of the National Assistance Act 1948; if he will list them; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Raison

The only recent representations have come from the National Council for Voluntary Organisations and from the hon. Member. I have nothing to add to my reply of 26 January.—[Vol 16, c.313]
