§ Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the total value of contracts awarded by local authorities in England and Wales to their own direct labour organisations for work contracted for the latest 12—month period for which figures are available; and what percentage increase or decrease on the previous year's figures these figures represent.
