§ Mr. WigginMembers of the Territorial Army have the normal rights and responsibilities of citizens with regard to political or public activities. If, however, any such activities should conflict with their military responsibilities, bring the Army into disrepute or prejudice security they are liable to discharge or disciplinary action.
