§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe proposals that we have received from employer organisations in the distributive industry provide a sound basis for organising training in the future without a statutory board. We have asked the Manpower Services Commission to discuss with employer organisations how their proposals will be put into effect in order to take the place of the present board.
