§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsCapital grants are available for the provision of plant and machinery for use in the course of the agricultural business under the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Scheme. Farmers are more likely to seek grant aid for less specialised capital equipment which can also be used for snow clearance.
