§ Mr. Eyre[pursuant to his reply, 10 February 1982 c. 371.]: The income derived from the investment of funds and from fees charged by Official Receivers and the Department under the bankruptcy and companies fees orders is set out in income and expenditure accounts for the years ended 31 March in each year to 1980, in the bankruptcy general annual report, which is laid before Parliament and is available in the Library. The 1981 report has not yet been submitted. It is not possible to differentiate between insolvent firms and personal failures without involving disproportionate cost.
