Whether the Department of the Environment have responsibility, and if so what, for the land used by the Women's Peace Camp at Greenham Common North, near Newbury.
§ The Earl of AvonThe Department of the Environment has no responsibility for this land. Most of it is owned by Newbury District Council although it is possible that a small area may form part of the land acquired by the Department of Transport for highways purpose.
