§ Mr. Hannamasked the Secretary of State for Transport if, in view of the latest fatality in Bombay Road, Exeter, as a result of the use of that road by heavy lorries, he will advance the provision of a western bypass to take the Plymouth to North Devon traffic away from the residential areas of the city.
