The sums received by Forestry Ministers for sales of land under section 39 of the Forestry Act 1967, as amended by section 1 of the Forestry Act 1981, are accounted for as Consolidated Fund extra receipts on the Forestry Commission Vote. The annual amount is shown in the accounts prepared by the forestry commissioners in terms of section 44 of the Act of 1967, which are attached to the commission's annual report.
