§ Mr. YoungerThe information requested is not yet available as the amount of the resources element of rate support grant payable to individual authorities for 1982–83 cannot be calculated until all authorities notify rate poundages. Authorities will receive information on the estimated amount of the needs element of rate support grant and other factors essential to rate fixing shortly after the House has debated the Rate Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1982.
