§ Mr. Ashleyasked the Attorney-General whether there is an annual report or any other review of the performance of the management of investment of funds of the court of protection which are managed with the advice of the court of protection investment branch and the Supreme Court brokers; and if he will publish in the Offical Report such information as he has on this performance in the last three years.
The Solicitor-GeneralThe investment performance of the individual estates administered in court in the Court of Protection is kept under continous review with advice from the Supreme Court brokers and the Court of Protection Investment Advisory Committee. The Court of Protection receives annual accounts and valuations from receivers of patients' estates. No annual report is published and no detailed information of individual cases is generally available.
