§ Mr. Woolmerasked the Secretary of State for Trade what agreed arrangements apply between the European Economic Community countries and the preferential trading countries regarding imports into the European Economic Community of textiles and clothing since the formal agreements expired on 31 December 1981; and if he will place in the Library a copy of any European Economic Community document setting out the present arrangements.
