§ Mr. David HowellTractors and other machines used exclusively for local agricultural and forestry work are already exempt from the requirements of the EEC drivers' hours and tachograph Regulations. There is no provision in the relevant EEC legislation which would enable the United Kingdom Government to grant further exemptions.
