§ Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Energy if Her Majesty's Government will review the advice given to oil companies that they should sell oil only to the European Economic Community or to members of 250W the International Energy Agency; and if, in particular, he will remove any official restraint on the sale of oil to Israel.
§ Mr. GrayHer Majesty's Government maintain their general policy that companies exporting North Sea oil should do so into the markets of our partners in the International Energy Agency and the European Community and any country with which there is an existing pattern of trade. There are no restraints applying specifically to Israel.
