§ Mr. Harold Walkerasked the Secretary of State for Employment if, subsequent to the release of the draft corporate plan of the Manpower Services Commission to newspapers, he will make it available to hon. Members immediately; and if he will make it his practice in future to make such documents available to hon. Members at the same time as to the press.
§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe MSC draft corporate plan 1982–86 was published on 3 February. Copies were made immediately available to members of the Select Committee on Employment and to other hon. Members on request. A bulk supply was placed in the Vote Office on 5 February.
I have asked the MSC to ensure that in future copies are made available in the Vote Office on the day of publication.
