§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science when he expects to make a statement about future levels of "full cost" fees for overseas students attending or desiring to attend British institutions of higher education.
§ Sir Keith JosephDiscussions are still in progress with the University Grants Committee and the Council of Local Education Authorities, which are responsible for recommending fee levels to institutions in their respective sectors. It is hoped to announce recommended levels for academic year 1982–83 by the end of the month.
