(2) how many new cases came within the jurisdiction of the court of protection in each of the last three years;
(3) if he will estimate the number of patients at present under the jurisdiction of the court of protection;
(4) how many patients within the remit of the court of protection were visited by the Lord Chancellor's visitors in each of the last three years;
(5) what proportion of the funds under the control of the court of protection are invested in the common investment funds in court.
