§ 19. Mr. Pollockasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if the whisky industry has yet received the restitution payments to which it was agreed it was entitled.
§ Mrs. FennerCommunity legislation providing for these restitutions was finally adopted last November. Since then payments have been made on over half the claims received, which cover the whole period from 1973 to date. The remainder will be paid very soon.
