§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsThe United Kingdom authorities have made representations to the Soviet authorities on several occasions about the effect of this interference on United Kingdom services, including the amateur service. We have also reminded them of their international obligations to take action to remove it. Other countries have made similar representations. Although this pressure has had some effect on the intensity of interference, it has not yet secured its elimination.
