§ Sir Keith JosephThe trade union side of the Department's Whitley council has submitted to me a statement of its views on the report of the official working party on staffing the University Grants Committee. I am also aware of a note on the report which the general secretary of the Society of Civil and Public Servants has circulated. I am taking these views into account in my consideration of the report.
